Shipping

•    Free Shipping on all orders $50 and up.
•    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
•    Most orders are shipped via major carriers (typically FedEx). Delivery times vary depending on location, but are generally 2–5 business days after shipping.
•    Please note: Some items may ship separately if fulfilled from different warehouses.

Returns

•    Returns are accepted on unopened, sealed products only, except for heat sensitive items, which are non-returnable.
•    Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
•    To begin a return, please email info@asterelliott.com or call our customer service line. You’ll be provided with the proper return address.
•    Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
•    A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
•    Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

Out of Stock Items

•    In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you directly to arrange a suitable replacement so your program isn’t delayed.
